I know I talk about this all the time, but how is there less than 2 weeks until Christmas?!?! The good news is
most of my Christmas shopping is done, except for a few people who are hard to shop for because they don't give me any ideas to work with. Lindsay. I'm also finding shopping difficult because stores keep switching their promotions and making things a better deal the day after I buy something. I'm looking at you, Eddie Bauer.
But besides plotting revenge (or at least half a dozen returns) at retail stores I have been doing things, even if I haven't been posting about them.
Breaking in the most beautiful Kitchen Aid mixer from my future mother in law
I finally got around to reading The Hunger Games.
Did a little Christmas decorating in our apartment
And fed some woodland creatures
I am so jealous! I don't have a stand mixer, but soooo want one!
ReplyDeleteOh I know what you mean! I thought I would be organised this year and do my shopping early only for everything to go on sale the day after I bought it! Your apartment looks so festive and pretty!
ReplyDeleteMeghan, I know, isn't that so frustrating?! And thank you!
ReplyDeleteDionne, I just got the mixer as an engagement present, I love it so much and have no idea what I used to do without it! I think I crazily hand mixed everything previously
Ditto about the mixer. I still do a happy dance every time I use mine. Those Kitchen Aids are a God-send.
ReplyDeleteIf you're still looking for ideas for me, well, how about some of that cookie dough from the top picture? Thanks.
